I was been late again for three consecutive time and my supervisor was not happy about being late. She told me that if I can't came at work on time then it would be better for me to look for a new job. I told her the reasons and she don't accept it, So I will try to wake up early and avoid being late again. My supervisor told me that it's not bad being late but not on a consecutive basis cause it will not do good in business.
But it's really not my fault, I woke up early but the traffic was so tremendous and I can't avoid it :( . My co-worker told me that I should wake up more early and try to look for an alternative route to avoid traffic. I still remember in my rural days where traffic is not a big issue, even though I woke up late still I'm not late at school. So I will try to look for any alternative route tomorrow or I will just woke up more early to avoid being scold by my supervisor.
This might be a big lesson for me to make things on time and avoid being late. I know being late is a bad habit for an employer like me. And besides my supervisor is right and she is in the position to put things on the right track. So I will not be late tomorrow and try to avoid the habit of being late.

When Bad Guys got caught

It was last night in our place nearby when a woman shouted for help. I didn't actually hear when the woman shouted but my wife told me that she heard somebody is shouting for help, so I try to go in front of the window and see what's going on outside. Almost all of our neighbors are standing outside and they're watching something that makes me curious.
After a few minutes I was also outside and ask one of our neighbor on what was happening. Then she told me that a "robber" was being caught. A woman was being rob a few blocks from our house and the woman shouted and ask for help. The robber runs in a small streets near our house but unlucky for him cause he went to the street that was a dead-end, so he was caught by our neighbors.
One of our neighbor told us that robbery accidents increases during or before holiday seasons. Probably because these people needs to have money for these coming holiday season. Robbery accidents in rural areas are common, especially if you're living in a poor country. If only our government can provide better job and opportunity for these person they might not commit a crime.

The Bank Marathon

It was a bad weather here and I'm not feeling well due to colds and cough. Heavy rain keeps on falling the whole day and my boss ask me to deposit some money in the bank. Not knowing how many banks should I go through, I obeyed him directly. Then she give me the papers and I was got surprise to know that I need to visit three banks.
For me it can be considered as a Bank Marathon, visiting one bank to another is not so hard job but you should be vigilant cause you're carrying some money and I know if something gonna happen on it no one should be blame but me. Still the bad weather never stops and I need to go through. First bank was so easy cause it's just a few blocks on our office but still I need to rode a jeep because of the heavy rains.
Experiencing a bank marathon is not a hard job, especially that you will see some beautiful bank teller :D . If ever my boss will ask a favor someday, I will still do the job and willing to take the task. But it would be nice if the weather will be fine unlike what I've experience today.

Oh!!! My Neighbor

I was so pissed off with our neighboor here who was celebrating his birthday. They were very noisy the whole day and I haven't sleep well because of them. In our present house here in the city every time a birthday or any special occasion happen drinking session is always present. Probably it's there hobby to have a drinking session every time a special occasion comes and the bad thing is that they will rent a videoke machine.
A machine that they will used to sang there favorite videoke song. I'm not against with videoke machine but the one who sings it sometimes makes me feel angry, especially if the voice seems not that good enough. I'm also not a good singer but a drunk man who sings some old song could be to annoying to the ear :D . Just imagine a drunk man sings some song and I bet you know how he sings it. If you haven't tried it than ask a drunk man to sing his favorite song.
They had a videoke the whole day until 12:30 midnight and most of the people in our house felt so angry and annoyed with them. But since we're living in the city, we learn to adjust and learn to live with it. Unlike in our province even if our neighboor plays there videoke the whole day, its not a bid deal because each houses are build with a ver far distance. I'm thinking to celeberate my birthday party at our rural place because it only takes a small amount of money. Rural Blogger Out!!!

Scams in the City

If you're living somewhere in the city you should be vigilant with this kind of people. Although there are also scammers in the rural area but not as rampant in the city. I still remember my experience few years back when I firstly arrived in the city, I was looking for a job and applied for a certain agency gladly it was closed now :) (wonder if those people were still in jail until now). I saw there ads in a local newspaper and they were looking for a "marketing assistant". As a newly graduate person and wants to have a job right away, I decided to apply for them.
I went to there office to apply for a job and got amazed because a huge number of applicants were also there waiting and hoping to have a job. It was a long hour of waiting for my interview to came and finally my turn came up. The interviewer ask me some personal and educational background question, And I answered him properly. What I really wonder and confused because after the interview he ask me some amount of money before they will hire me for a certain job. They called it processing and placement fee. Even though I came from a rural area, I was not that easy to be fooled by somebody. I answered him that I will think about it first before I will accept there job offer and pay them for a processing and placement fee.
When I arrived at home my uncle ask me the result of my job interview and I told him that the company is asking for some money for a placement and processing fee. He then told me not to come back on that company because it's just another way of scams. There are lots of scam available in the city right now. And I felt sorry for those people who were victimize by these group of scammers and sad to say most of there victims are people who came from rural area. Maybe if there are only good opportunities in the rural area, these people would not came in the city to look for job and rather stay in the province.
